Thibaut, being without an online platform to accept online orders, was at an inherent disadvantage compared to its competitors. Not only was taking orders by phone time consuming, it also led to increased costs without any added benefits. No longer wanting to remain miles behind their competitors, Thibaut wisely turned to Judith Solution’s to help transform the way they did business.

Thibaut needed an accurate and timely solution that would take orders online which allowed its employees to focus on other tasks. The solution was connecting a modern AS 400 system to their Thibaut’s website as well as connecting it to online merchant providers. After the installation of the new platform, 90% of their orders were taken through the website. This drastically reduced the amount of hours per week dedicated to taking orders by telephone.
